On standby we are available during an agreed period with a response time to your location fixed in advance. Every call-out becomes a ride with proof.
Out-of-hours GP services at the weekend, laboratories in a validation period, pharmacies during a move or a large dispensing run.
Window, location and response time are in the agreement. We do not quote a response time we cannot achieve from the standby position.
An availability rate per hour plus the normal ride rate per call-out. Night and weekend surcharges then do not apply twice.

That is in the agreement: window, location and response time are fixed in advance, and we do not name a response time we cannot achieve from the standby position. Outside a standby agreement we agree the response time per request.
