On a deviation we report immediately to your contact and do not deliver without your release.
If no reading was taken, the record says not recorded. We never show 'in order' without a reading.

Who decides whether a shipment is still usable after an excursion?
You, as the party responsible for the product; we establish and report. In case of an excursion we report immediately to your contact person, do not deliver without your release and record the excursion in the file.
What does the report say if nothing was measured?
Then it says 'not recorded'. Recording is not the same as validating: the report states what was actually measured during this ride, with time and name, and is only worth something if it also honestly says what was not measured.
