UrgentX Transport is the sole proprietorship of Anwar el Allaoui.
The person who takes your request plans the ride and follows it through to delivery; there is no planning desk in between where information gets lost.
What is small about the company is large in its administration: an in-house system for rides, deviation recording, invoicing and a location book of more than two thousand healthcare locations, including instructions for loading docks and lab entrances. Your quality department sees the same there, per ride, as we do.
What we do not do: transport patients, store goods, or promise anything we cannot record.

You give the pickup and delivery address, the preferred pickup time and the temperature condition. We confirm by e-mail with ride number, expected times and rate before we drive.
