Call 112 if someone is in acute, life-threatening danger or an ambulance is needed right now. UrgentX is not an ambulance service and does not transport patients.

From request to invoice in four steps

Every ride takes the same route through our system. That is what makes the proof possible afterwards.

  1. 1

    Request

Via the form or the portal, or by phone. You give the pickup and delivery address, the preferred pickup time, the kind of shipment and the temperature condition. No patient data; the form says so as well.

  2. 2

    Confirmation

By e-mail, with ride number, expected pickup and delivery time and rate. If the preferred time does not fit, we call before we confirm. A request that has not yet been confirmed shows as such in the portal.

  3. 3

    Ride with proof

At pickup and delivery we record the actual time and have the recipient sign with name and role. The driver measures the temperature at pickup and at delivery and records it with the time and his name. Delay or deviation is reported immediately to the contact given.

  4. 4

    Completion and invoice

The ride is closed with the record in the portal. Every ride has its own ride number, which appears on the invoice. A draft invoice never reaches you; you only see final invoices.

If you want to know exactly what is recorded and why, read quality and compliance. What a ride costs is on the rates page.

Customer portal

What you get back after a ride

Every client gets an account in our customer portal. It holds your requests and rides with their status, the packages per ride and, after pickup, the proof photos; the ride report and the invoice come by e-mail. Below is an example of such a ride.

Where you find it

In the portal
Your requests and rides with status, addresses and requested times; the packages with their status and the photos after pickup; your invoices.
On the tracking page
Progress per stop and the expected arrival time the driver passes on, without internal data.
By e-mail
The confirmation before we drive and, after the ride, the ride report with times, handover, temperature and packages.
