Call 112 if someone is in acute, life-threatening danger or an ambulance is needed right now. UrgentX is not an ambulance service and does not transport patients.

Four kinds of client, four kinds of agreement

The ride is always the same. What differs is who calls, what the confirmation has to contain and who needs the proof afterwards.

Hospital

Procurement and quality vet us before the first ride. After that, wards order themselves.

Several users per organisation in the portal, each with their own account. Loading-dock and ward instructions are kept in our location book, so a requester does not have to explain where the entrance is every time.

Laboratory

Your laboratory wants to be able to show transit time and temperature. We supply that proof, per ride.

Transport of samples your laboratory has classified and packed (UN3373 to P650, or as an exempt specimen), with actual pickup and delivery time, who signed, and the temperature measured at pickup and at delivery. Fixed collection rounds along blood-draw sites and GP practices at agreed times.

Pharmacy

Medicines within reach, with a record your QA officer can read.

Medicines under the condition you or the manufacturer prescribe (15-25 °C or 2-8 °C), with a way of working built around chapter 9 of guideline 2013/C 343/01 and auditable by your quality department. On a deviation we do not deliver without your release.

Out-of-hours GP service

Evening, weekend and pre-arranged standby. One agreement.

Samples and documents to the lab or hospital, also in the evening and at the weekend. Standby in busy periods and for night operations: pre-arranged, with a response time fixed in advance. Confirmation and proof of delivery by e-mail to the coordinator on duty.

Request a ride

You give the pickup and delivery address, the preferred pickup time and the temperature condition. We confirm by e-mail with ride number, expected times and rate before we drive.
