For a sample that has to be analysed today, a medicine a ward does not have in stock, a signed document that must arrive before a deadline.
The confirmation states an expected pickup time based on where we are at that moment. We do not quote a fixed number of minutes for the whole of the Netherlands, because that cannot be true. If a time turns out to be unattainable, we call before you notice it yourself.
Proof per ride: actual pickup and delivery time, name and role of the person signing, measured temperature where the condition requires it. The record is in the portal immediately after delivery.
