Surcharges are calculated on the start rate and kilometres and are not stacked: when several apply, the highest counts. Payment term 30 days. Standby and fixed routes are priced by agreement. You can request or call at any time; regular rides run every day from 07:00 to 22:00. Night operations are only possible when agreed in advance as standby or night work; the night surcharge then applies. Urgent transport is assessed per ride; the confirmation states the rate before we drive.
