Fixed routes at fixed times, with the same record per stop
A fixed route is an agreement: the same stops, the same times, one contact. Every stop is recorded as a ride, with times and signature.
We set the route with you, including a window per stop and instructions for entrance and check-in. Changes until the day before, via the portal or by phone.
Monthly invoice with one line per ride, each with its own ride number and a link to the proof page in the portal.
Storage conditions and pre-analytical requirements are set by your laboratory or pharmacy. We transport within the agreed condition and record what happened. See also quality and compliance.
Frequently asked questions
What does UrgentX record per stop?
Every stop is a ride with its own ride number: the actual times, name and role of the person who signs, and the temperature when the condition requires it. The monthly invoice has one line per ride with a link to the proof page in the portal.
Can a fixed route be changed?
Yes, until the day before, via the portal or by phone. We set the window per stop and the instructions for entrance and check-in together with you; a change is recorded in the same way as the route itself.
How is a fixed route invoiced?
Monthly, with one line per ride and a ride number for each ride. The rate is in the agreement; how our rates are built up is on the rates page.
