Exclusive collection service for laboratories, with a check on every stop
A laboratory that has samples collected from practices and senders every evening wants to be sure that every bag was taken and arrived at the lab on time. We arrange the rounds, exclusively for your samples, and record every stop.
We plan the rounds on your senders and your time window, agreed in advance: a start in the evening and a fixed handover to your linehaul or delivery at your lab, also after 22:00 when that is agreed. Bookings come in through our API or the portal; senders with a fixed collection do not need to book. Several rounds in one evening are ours to arrange.
At every pickup stop the driver records a photo of what he takes and the actual time. If the box is empty or the stop fails, he can only record it with a reason and a photo of the box or the spot. If a bag has a barcode or QR code, the driver can scan it at pickup or type in the code; each bag is then recorded separately. The stops are in a fixed order, so afterwards you can see per sender what happened and when.
Quality control is part of it: we check the proof on a sample basis. The customer portal has a monthly overview of the share of pickup stops with complete proof, the missed collections with the reason and the photo, the arrival compared with the agreed time and the outcome of the sample checks.
Even when another carrier drives, you can take our system and our quality control separately. That carrier's drivers then work in our app, you see the same proof per stop, and we do the sample checks and the monthly overview. The rate is per pickup and is set in the agreement.

Frequently asked questions
What does exclusive mean for this collection service?
A round carries only your samples, no shipments for other clients. The order and the time window are planned on your senders and do not change without consultation. So every evening you know which stops were driven and when.
What happens when a box is empty or a sender has nothing ready?
The driver still goes to the stop. He can only record it as failed with a reason and a photo of the empty box or the spot; the system records the time itself. In the monthly overview in the customer portal such a stop is listed separately, with the reason and the photo, so you can look with the sender at what went wrong.
How does quality control work for a collection service?
